Matthew J. White is the engine behind TSC’s day-to-day operations in Des Moines — keeping orders moving, clients informed, and the team on track. As Regional Manager for the Des Moines office, Matthew coordinates order fulfillment, manages timelines, and serves as a key point of contact for clients who need quick, reliable answers. He works closely with the abstracting team to ensure that every order is handled efficiently from placement through delivery.

Matthew brings more than 30 years of real estate and title law experience to his role. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Iowa in 1990 and earned both his J.D. and M.B.A. from Drake University Law School in 1993. Throughout his career, he served on the Iowa State Bar Association Real Estate Section Council, its Legislative Committee related to real estate matters, and for many years as an attorney on the ISBA Title Standards Committee. He is also the ISBA liaison to the Iowa Land Title Standards Abstracting Standards Committee. Before joining Title Services DM Corp. in 2015, Matthew spent around 18 years as an attorney at Iowa Title Guaranty, where he served as Deputy Director and as Interim Director during several leadership transitions.
