David Dunakey founded Title Services Company with a commitment to delivering fast, accurate, and reliable title services across the entire state of Iowa. Under his leadership, TSC has grown into a trusted resource for lenders, realtors, attorneys, and other real estate professionals who depend on thorough title research and seamless closings. His approach to business mirrors TSC’s core values: concentrate on the details, respond quickly, and never give a client a reason to doubt the work. That philosophy has shaped the company’s culture from day one and remains the standard every team member is held to.

David brings extensive expertise to his leadership of TSC. He holds a BA from the University of Northern Iowa (1973, with Honors) and a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law (1976), and is a Member of the Iowa Bar. Throughout his career, he has been qualified as an expert witness in Iowa civil and criminal trials, lectured on a variety of real estate topics, and authored numerous resources for Iowa real estate attorneys, including a Real Estate Forms Book, a Tax Sale Manual, and a manual regarding Statutes of Limitations and Curative Statutes in Iowa. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Northern Iowa and has represented domestic and foreign clients regarding real estate issues.
